The entrepreneurial adventure was born in 2018 from the meeting between researchers, telecommunications and signal specialists and forward-looking entrepreneurs / investors. After a course of about a year of feasibility analysis and mutual knowledge, it materialized in April 2019 when the start-up was established thanks to the intervention of BAN Trentino with a paid-up share capital of € 15,000, subscribed for 100 % from the sole shareholder, company “BANTN SRL” and with important funding for the development of the first innovation projects that start immediately in May 2019.

Among the important objectives of this association founded in 2011 is to develop, in Trentino as in other regions, the role of an informal investor in risk capital, also called a business angel. BANTN invests its private capital – therefore non-institutional – in startups or companies with good growth potential, thus becoming one of the partners and often taking responsibility for running the business.
